If you leave your items on the first floor behind the front door, you must be at home to open the door for our drivers. If you leave your items on unlocked premises, our drivers will collect them without you having to be present. After collection, you will receive a confirmation by email.

You put your old stuff on the first floor or in front of your front door on private property on collection day. We come by, load your old stuff and take care of the further recycling.

Basically, we try to collect everything that you no longer want. As a rule, we do not collect hazardous waste and conventional household waste such as organic waste, lightweight packaging or paper. Please write to us at info@bulkky.de if you are not sure. We will help you!

When you cancel, you will receive a credit in the form of a voucher code, which you can use for your next order.

Please note that we can only consider change requests that are made by 12:00 the day before.

We are very sorry that the pick-up was not on time or not at all. Our drivers always do their best to be on time. However, on days with many pick-ups, they may still be late. If an appointment does not take place or is over an hour late, you will receive a voucher code for a new order. On request, we will refund the booking amount to your account free of charge. We are also working on developing other services for collecting your old items. Please write to us at info@bulkky.de with your individual request. In most cases, we can fulfil your request.

Yes, our capacities are limited and therefore you can only select a certain number of items in the booking module. We also ask you not to hand in more items on the collection day than specified in the booking form.

We ask that you provide all items at ground level. If you are unable to carry larger items down yourself, we can do this for you for an additional charge. The price depends on the floor and the items. You can specify from which floor the items are to be collected during the booking process. The price will then be shown to you directly.

After we have collected your old stuff, we will take it to the recycling center in Hamburg. For this reason, we also need a power of attorney so that the yard knows that the items also come from Hamburg.
